Speaker Bio

I, Zaynab Elhaj, studied network and telecommunications engineering in France and worked as a consultant in digital and emerging technologies. Motivated by a desire to make a positive impact and address this critical problem, I set out to find a solution. That's how the concept for Save Me was born. I envisioned a platform that could bridge the gap between restaurants with surplus food and individuals looking for affordable dining options. It was clear to me that we could create a win-win scenario where we could reduce food waste while simultaneously providing cost-effective and delicious meals to people. Save Me's mission is rooted in sustainability, community, and the belief that we can make a significant difference in the fight against food waste.
