Sharjah raised and an architecture graduate of the American University of Sharjah, his perspective is shaped by two parallel tracks. Two Dubai-based sisters, Iman and Luchie, spent years traveling the world searching for chocolates that were both delicious and truly healthy — but they never found any. Determined to change that, they flew with their 68‑year‑old diabetic mother to Mindanao, Philippines, to study cacao at its source.
